UNICEF selects winners in mobile phone applications contest

Two teams called OCEAN 4 and Ga Trong have won the Mobile Hackathon 2013 contest organised by the United Nations Children''s Fund (UNICEF) to develop applications that can help tackle key children''s issues in Viet Nam.
